Former Government Investment Advisor & Blenheim Chalcot Investment Manager joins Fuse Capital

We are proud to announce that Max Chowdhury has joined Fuse Capital as an investment director.

Max was previously a senior advisor to the Government working on new nuclear development projects with the Department of Business, Energy, and Industrial Strategies. He was an independent advisor for HM Treasury’s Infrastructure guarantee scheme and worked on a number of other corporate finance engagements across the Government.

Max has 9 years of experience in the private debt and equity markets starting with Silicon Valley Bank in their London Office. While at Blenheim Chalcot he set up and invested equity through their first EIS VC fund. Max will be working as an investment director working with tech-enabled SMEs across the globe to find the right private debt options. Max joining the team at Fuse Capital supports its international expansion capabilities.

“We’re really excited to have Max join us here at Fuse Capital. His experience in the private debt and equity markets is unparalleled and we look forward to growing the business more with him onboard”

- Ifti Akbar, co-founder, and COO of Fuse Capital.

Max is not all finance though; you can also find him at the top of his game at his local Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu club
