Position Overview

Dynamic, results-oriented role based in Hyderabad focused on identifying, engaging, and nurturing leads to expand private debt advisory footprint. Works closely with global marketing and sales teams to support growth and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research
  • Proactively generate qualified leads via LinkedIn, email, other channels
  • Articulate Fuse Capital’s value proposition
  • Set up meetings; stay updated on market trends
  • Build prospect relationships
  • Collaborate with marketing and investment teams
  • Manage CRM and track lead progress.

Core Competencies

Strong communication skills (verbal and written); familiarity with UK, EU, APAC markets; experience in outreach campaigns; proficiency with LinkedIn, email, social media prospecting; CRM and pipeline management; self-motivated, organised, results-driven.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; minimum 3 years business development or lead generation experience, preferably in financial services.
