Dom’s career is a story of growth, adaptability, and curiosity — all rooted in his journey at Fuse Capital Group (FCG). Joining the firm in 2018 as a young apprentice, Dom started in business development, quickly learning the complexities of SME funding and developing a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities growth‑stage businesses face. Over the years, he progressed through multiple promotions, hundreds of deals and sparking a lasting fascination with the entrepreneurial journeys of FCG’s clients. 

One highlight of his early career came in 2020, when Dom played a central role in developing FCG’s micro‑mobility customer base. Spotting a gap in how these companies accessed funding, he initiated outreach and helped the team onboard nearly half of the market within a year, establishing FCG as a trusted partner in the sector. 

After a few years building his foundation in business development, Dom took his knowledge into the marketing team, where he now serves as Marketing Automation & Events Manager. In this role, he combines his client understanding with marketing know‑how to design campaigns, manage automation systems, and deliver events that amplify Fuse Capital’s brand and growth. He enjoys the challenge and variety of working in a smaller, agile company — where responsibilities expand, learning never stops, and every contribution has impact. 

Beyond his professional role, Dom is an avid sports enthusiast, playing tennis in local doubles and singles leagues and passionately supporting Liverpool FC. He’s also a keen traveller who recently explored South America. With a love for football shirts from around the world — and even a quirky, regretful Shrek tattoo from his teenage years — Dom brings energy, and a sense of adventure into everything he does. 

Dom is focused on becoming a seasoned marketing specialist, expanding his expertise and helping Fuse Capital Group achieve its ambitious goals. He continues to approach each step of his journey with curiosity and a drive to keep learning, ensuring his growth story remains as dynamic as the clients he supports.
