Goonjit is an experienced finance professional who blends analytical depth with practical execution, bringing 4+ years at Fuse Capital Group (FCG) and 15+ years across the industry to every mandate. His journey is defined by consistent success in complex growth‑debt mandates across B2B SaaS, Fintech, Micro‑Mobility, and Health Tech  where clear modelling, sound judgment, and calm under pressure translate into tangible outcomes.

At FCG, Goonjit plays a pivotal role in growth‑debt processes for scale‑ups. He partners with leadership teams to design structured solutions, prepare lender‑ready investment memorandums and financial models, take opportunities to market, and pitch businesses with clarity. From securing competitive term sheets to preparing board packs and supporting diligence through to drawdown, he owns the process end‑to‑end with a focus on optimizing capital structures around each client’s objectives.

Earlier in his career, Goonjit spent 6+ years at EY developing and auditing robust financial models across project finance, M&A, and complex client engagements, while leading and developing a four‑member team. He broadened his experience in consulting roles focused on equity research - communicating stock growth potential, publishing industry reports, and delivering investment recommendations for both buy‑side and sell‑side clients. He began as a Financial Analyst, building and reviewing models from the ground up and mastering the revenue and cost drivers that continue to anchor his work today.

Goonjit’s specialisms include private and venture debt, financial modelling, M&A, growth capital, financial due diligence, investment research, and project finance. He holds an MBA in Finance and the FMVA certification - credentials that reinforce a craft built on rigor, clarity, and credibility.

Away from work, he finds energy in travel, discovering new cuisines as a devoted foodie, and spending meaningful time with family  perspectives that keep his approach grounded, curious, and human.

Let's Talk

What Happens Next?

At Fuse Capital, we’ve been supporting businesses with strategic debt solutions since 2013. Once we receive your details, here’s what happens next:

  1. 1

    Initial Consultation

We’ll arrange a discovery call to understand your business model, funding requirements, and growth ambitions. This helps us evaluate whether there’s a good strategic fit.

  2. 2

    Information Gathering & Review

If we proceed, our team will work closely with you to gather key financial and operational information. We’ll conduct a preliminary review to ensure we have a clear and accurate picture of your business.

  3. 3

    Investment Committee Review

Your opportunity is then assessed by our investment committee. We take a considered, selective approach progressing only where we believe we can deliver real value. If there’s alignment, we’ll recommend the most effective funding strategy tailored to your needs and proceed with next steps thereafter.
