Harsh is a seasoned business development professional with over 12 years of experience across banking, retail, and SaaS. His career spans senior, client-facing roles where ownership, pace, and accountability are non-negotiable. At Fuse Capital Group, Harsh focuses on building and managing relationships across key European markets, including Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Ireland, supporting founders and operators as they navigate growth and capital decisions.

His professional strength lies in end-to-end deal ownership. Harsh has repeatedly closed transactions independently, managing the full lifecycle from initial engagement through to closure, always with a strong alignment to organisational objectives. That hands-on exposure across multiple sectors has shaped a pragmatic approach to business development—one that prioritises clarity, responsiveness, and commercial discipline over empty promises.

Harsh brings a grounded understanding of business fundamentals to every conversation. Over the course of his career, he has been entrusted with securing high-value, high-pressure opportunities, including some of the most prominent and demanding properties for previous organisations. Colleagues and stakeholders consistently recognise his willingness to take charge, particularly in situations that require decisive action and sustained follow-through.

At Fuse Capital Group, what motivates Harsh most is the direct impact of the firm’s services. He is driven by the belief that access to the right capital solutions can materially empower businesses to grow and flourish—without compromising long-term vision. He thrives in roles that keep him close to clients, understanding their challenges early and guiding conversations with confidence and intent.

Outside of work, Harsh is an active sports and outdoors enthusiast who enjoys football, swimming, and trekking. He is drawn to ideas that challenge comfort zones—by his own admission; he prefers friction over smooth rides. His favourite read, Cold Steel, reflects a long-standing interest in M&A and deal-making. If not in business development, he’d likely be scouting retail properties, staying close to the intersection of brands, locations, and growth opportunities. His personal mantra is simple but deliberate: Be kind.
