Juhi Bansal
Finance and Operations Manager
Juhi brings over 15 years of experience across finance and operations, with a career rooted in building structure within fast-moving environments. Her work spans FP&A, financial operations, cash flow management, and strategic finance, with experience across banking, technology, e-commerce, and retail. This breadth has shaped her ability to adapt to different business models while staying anchored in financial discipline.
She has spent much of her career working closely with mid-sized, scaling companies—where the challenge is not just growth, but growing well. In these environments, Juhi has focused on bringing clarity during periods of expansion, strengthening processes, and building systems that allow businesses to move forward with confidence.
A defining phase in her journey was being part of a leadership team during a period of transformation, partnering directly with founders on financial planning, operational setup, and cost discipline. The role demanded both precision and trust—balancing day-to-day execution with decisions that shaped the company’s long-term direction.
She has also been closely involved in an M&A journey, working across due diligence and post-acquisition integration. From assessing financial risks to aligning reporting structures and processes post-transaction, she played a hands-on role in bringing two organizations together in a way that was both practical and sustainable.
At Fuse Capital Group, Juhi works at the intersection of finance and operations—helping build strong internal foundations while enabling sharper decision-making across the firm and for the founders it works with. She values environments where ownership, trust, and clear thinking are central, and where finance is seen not just as control, but as an enabler of growth.
Outside of work, she finds balance in a mix of creativity and everyday exploration—whether it’s discovering new food spots, spending time with family, or unwinding with music and films. She also has a natural inclination toward sketching, often turning to it as a way to think through ideas or simply pause and create.
If not in finance, she imagines she might have pursued illustration or animation—fields that mirror her appreciation for structure, detail, and storytelling. Her approach to work is steady and deliberate, shaped by a simple belief: consistency, over time, creates outcomes that intensity alone cannot sustain.
