Assistant Manager – Global Delivery
Yahiya brings over 12 years of experience across accounting, investment banking, and corporate finance to his role as Assistant Manager in the Global Delivery team at Fuse Capital Group. His career has taken him from auditing and assurance at Mazars India, to structuring Shariah‑compliant funding solutions at Rehbar Financial Consultants, to boutique investment banking at AYS Capital, and later to Barclays Investment Bank, where he honed his skills in financial modelling, company valuations, and the preparation of investment memorandums.
Across these roles, Yahiya developed expertise in fundraising, valuations, and analytical modelling, working closely with start‑ups, SMEs, and institutional stakeholders. A milestone he is especially proud of came at AYS Capital, where as part of a small team, he helped two start‑ups secure seed funding — an early but defining experience that reinforced his belief in the impact well‑structured capital can have on ambitious businesses.
At Fuse Capital Group, Yahiya acts as a key liaison between clients and lenders, supporting founders and leadership teams through the preparation of investment memorandums, financial models, and valuation analyses. His goal is to ensure that clients secure the most competitive debt solutions available, tailored to their unique business needs.
Passionate about continuous learning and driven by a curiosity for how businesses work, Yahiya finds fulfilment in interacting with clients, understanding the challenges of fundraising, and collaborating with lenders to deliver outcomes that matter.
Beyond his professional work, Yahiya enjoys calisthenics, gym training, travelling, and unwinding through music and movies. Influenced by thinkers like Aswath Damodaran and inspired by the strategic worlds of Suits and Billions, he combines technical acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset. Guided by his motto — “Become the best at whatever you’re doing; the rest will fall into place” — Yahiya continues to approach each step of his career with discipline, adaptability, and ambition.
