Former ANZ and HSBC senior banker joins Fuse Capital

Hayden Smith has joined Fuse Capital as a Partner, Debt Advisory. Hayden was previously a Commercial Director at ANZi – ANZ Bank’s innovation and investment arm based in Melbourne, Australia. He was also a Director at HSBC in Singapore where he led deal teams originating Leveraged and Acquisition Finance transactions across Asia Pacific Hayden will lead the team on debt advisory transactions focused primarily on high growth tech businesses across Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. This is one of several new senior strategic hires to support the growth of Fuse Capital.

 

Hayden is an internationally experienced structured debt and equity originator with over 14 years’ experience, including 6 years in emerging markets. He has held various roles across structured debt, corporate venture capital, risk management and private equity.
