Bharat Mani
Global Head of Marketing
Bharat is Fuse Capital Group’s Global Head of Marketing, bringing 12+ years of experience shaping brand narratives, crafting market-ready communications, and driving revenue growth across enterprise SaaS, financial services, and technology services. He blends creative storytelling with operational rigor, building scalable marketing systems that improve conversion, increase program velocity, and strengthen collaboration between Sales and Marketing.
At FCG, Bharat leads global marketing with a focus on building clarity in communications, processes and execution. He partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to craft and execute go‑to‑market strategies across customer segments and industries. His experience spans key growth markets including the US, UK‑Europe, ANZ, and APAC, giving him a strong instinct for adapting positioning and messaging to different audiences.
Earlier in his career, Bharat wore many hats across sales, business development, and consulting — experiences that shaped his ability to connect market insight with commercial outcomes. He supported sales enablement, market research, and event execution, and became a go-to partner on client conversations where marketing perspectives were needed to unlock momentum. Over time, he expanded into digital solutions consulting and product marketing, building the range and judgment that now informs his leadership in full‑funnel marketing.
Bharat holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy, and is known for bringing structure from chaos through sharp prioritisation and crisp communication. He values FCG's environment of openness - where new ideas are welcomed, strong opinions are encouraged, and where a tech‑first operating rhythm helps teams move fast without losing focus.
Outside of work, Bharat enjoys playing sports, travelling, and exploring nature, and he often resets by composing or listening to music - habits that keep him energized and observant. If he weren’t in marketing, he’d likely be breaking down a match as a cricket analyst or crafting WWE storylines. Guided by his motto, “Let’s feel the rain instead of getting soaked,” he brings the same mindset to marketing and leadership: staying present, reading the conditions early, and turning ambiguity into forward motion with calm, deliberate action.
