Throughout this journey, Ifti experienced firsthand the challenges that fast-growing companies face—especially the limited debt options available to scale-ups in the UK compared to the US. He was particularly struck by traditional banks’ lack of understanding and appetite for the tech sector, a frustration that fueled his determination to make a difference.

Motivated by these hard-earned lessons, Ifti set out to help fellow entrepreneurial CEOs and CFOs navigate the complexities of financing growth. In 2013, he co-founded Fuse Capital, channeling his expertise and experience into creating tailored debt solutions that empower businesses to reach their next level.
