Over time, he has built a strong foundation in financial reporting, analysis, and regulatory practices across industries. 

Raghu is passionate about streamlining financial processes and ensuring compliance, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. His work supports both the financial health of Fuse Capital Group and the smooth functioning of the Sales Ops function, giving him a uniquely cross‑functional perspective on the business. 

Beyond work, he enjoys playing cricket, traveling, and listening to music — pastimes that give him fresh energy and balance.
