Tom’s professional journey has taken him through the financial advisory teams of KPMG, Teneo, and Kroll, where he focused on helping SMEs optimise their capital structures and navigate the ever-evolving financial landscape. His skill set spans debt advisory, restructuring, transactional due diligence, and comprehensive financial advisory services—making him a trusted partner for businesses seeking to grow and adapt.

A key milestone in Tom’s career was achieving ACCA Chartered Accountant status in 2016, a qualification that continues to underpin his approach to understanding and advising new businesses.
