Bhavana brings over 15 years of experience across business operations, with a career that has moved fluidly between global organizations and fast-paced startup environments. Her work has consistently sat at the intersection of strategy and execution - where ideas are not just shaped, but built into outcomes that matter.

Her journey has been defined as much by the environments she has worked in as by the people she has learned from. Early in her career, she was introduced to the idea that sustainability in work begins with prioritising oneself - an insight that has stayed with her as she navigates high-performance roles. Over time, she has been equally influenced by leaders who demonstrated that true leadership lies in building others, and that ownership is less about accountability on paper and more about how one shows up for teams, decisions, and outcomes.

Before joining Fuse Capital Group, Bhavana led initiatives that combined precision execution with long-term strategic thinking. Among her notable experiences was building an events-led revenue engine from the ground up - transforming a small team into a function that not only delivered consistently at scale but also strengthened brand presence among senior decision-makers across markets.

At Fuse Capital Group, she is focused on bringing that same balance of structure and adaptability to operations - working closely with teams while also stepping back to shape how systems evolve as the firm grows. Having recently joined, she sees this as a phase of both learning and contribution - deepening her understanding of private debt advisory while actively strengthening the operational backbone that supports it.

Bhavana holds a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Design and has completed an Executive Certificate Program in Business Analytics from XLRI - an unusual combination that reflects both her creative instincts and analytical approach.

Outside of work, she gravitates toward experiences that blend curiosity and creativity - whether that’s discovering new cafés, travelling solo, or making handcrafted accessories. If not in operations, she imagines she might have built something in the world of design, drawn to how it communicates identity and emotion.

Her approach to work is grounded in humility and ownership: a belief that there is always more to learn, and that growth begins with the willingness to acknowledge what one doesn’t yet know.
