AI Generalist
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time
Detailed Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with function heads to understand their workflows and identify use-cases to translate pain points into AI-first solutions.
- Design AI workflows that eliminate repetitive tasks across Sales, and Delivery, and Marketing.
- Build, test, and iterate on AI tools, prompts, and automations using the latest models and platforms.
- Proactively identify automation opportunities across teams and architect structured solutions with measurable impact.
- Work on tactical end-to-end projects using AI tools and systems across functions.
- Champion AI adoption - run demos, write internal guides, and get people genuinely excited about changing how they work.
- Scale what works. Document everything. Turn experiments into org-wide standards.
- Real, meaningful impact from day one - not just shadow work or slide decks.
- Access to diverse tools and to experiment freely.
- Mentorship and direct exposure to leadership across multiple functions.
- A chance to shape the AI culture of a growing organisation.
- Ownership of your work - what you build, gets used.
Core Competencies
- Someone who is Curious: An almost annoying level of curiosity - you ask 'why' and 'what if' more than most people are comfortable with.
- Innovator: You don't wait for permission to try something new. You've probably already built something with AI just to see if you could.
- Creative Problem-Solver: You approach messy business problems like design challenges. First principles. Whiteboard chaos. Then clarity.
- Structured Thinker: You love a good system. You document. You create frameworks. You make order out of entropy - and enjoy it.
- Clear Communicator: You can explain what you're thinking to someone who's never heard of a prompt before.
As an AI Generalist, you'll sit inside Operations but reach across Marketing, Sales, and Delivery to design and deploy intelligent systems that make everyone faster, smarter, and less buried in manual work.
