His impact is evident: Dylan has already delivered over £50 million in debt deals for a diverse range of businesses.

A qualified accountant, Dylan began his career at the National Audit Office, where he worked across strategy and audit in the technology and financial services sectors within the UK government. He later joined Tandem, a leading UK neo-bank, as Finance Manager—guiding the business through fundraising, M&A, and commercial finance initiatives.
