Based in India, he partners closely with clients to secure private debt financing, expertly crafting investment memorandums, building robust financial models, and guiding clients through every stage of the deal process.

Since joining Fuse Capital in 2021, Goonjit has played a key role in delivering successful outcomes on a range of transactions, working on deals valued between £2 million and £25 million across multiple geographies. His ability to secure multiple debt offers for clients in just one year is a testament to his dedication and expertise.

Prior to Fuse Capital, Goonjit built a strong foundation in finance and consulting through roles at EY, Cognizant, and Capgemini. As part of their advisory services teams, he supported clients in securing debt and equity financing, navigating M&A and project finance, conducting business valuations, and performing in-depth financial research. His experience spans sectors from technology and power & utilities to healthcare, giving him a broad perspective and versatile skill set.

Goonjit is particularly adept at building sophisticated financial models, creating insightful dashboards, and producing research reports that add real value—even when faced with limited information. His academic credentials include an MBA in Finance and a first-class degree in Computer Science, underscoring his technical acumen and commitment to excellence.
