At HSBC, Karanjit’s trajectory took him from Debt Capital Markets Analyst to Associate, a period marked by significant achievements. He contributed to the successful launch of the UK Green Gilt and was recognized as a Technology Champion, experiences that deepened his expertise in sustainable finance and investor engagement. His skill in refining investor targeting and building direct relationships with stakeholders became a hallmark of his approach—essential qualities in the world of private debt advisory.

Karanjit further distinguished himself as a Leveraged and Acquisition Finance Analyst, where his strategic acumen and meticulous financial modelling came to the fore. Notably, he played a leading role in the PAI Partners LBO of Armacell, conducting comprehensive credit and financial analysis to support the structuring and execution of complex transactions.
